Grading:
***Note: for all classes grading is done on a total points basis. 90-100% = A, 80-90% = B, 70-80% = C, 60-70% = D, >60% = U
All aspects of your grade are weighted the same and the points are added up.
Example: If the total amount of points possible for the trimester = 300. Student received 270. Final Grade = 90% (A-)
Areas that are graded throughout the quarter include:
· Project Grades
· Daily Participation & Effort/ Daily Work
· Tests & Quizzes
· Students will receive 4 points daily for attendance and participation. Doing homework from another class, sleeping, off-task-ness, etc. will result in loss of point(s).
